1. What is included with each social media post?

Each social media post includes:

  • Headline brief/text containing a written summary of approximately 15-30 words / 100-200 characters
  • Link to your website or referenced content
  • Hashtags to increase the visibility of your social posts, especially for trending topics
  • Image depending on the content of the specific post, stock photos with logo/text overlay

 

2. What is the difference between the 3 plans? 

SocialWave Social Media Service offers 3 plans. The difference between the plans are:

  • Number of platforms we post to each month
    • The Essential Plan posts to 1 platform – you pick 1 from Facebook, X, LinkedIn or Instagram
    • The Premium Plan posts to 2 platforms – you pick 2 from Facebook, X, LinkedIn or Instagram
    • The Elite Plan posts to 3 or 4  platforms –  you pick 3 from Facebook, X, LinkedIn or Instagram, or all 4
  • Minutes of consultation time our social media team provides (see FAQ #12)
    • The Essential Plan provides 15 minutes of consultation time
    • The Premium Plan provides 30 minutes of consultation time
    • The Elite Plan provides 60 minutes of consultation time

 

3. Do you use the same images/text for each post across the various social media platforms?  

Yes. We will create one unique post with text/images (10 different unique posts per month) and use the same post across the various social media platforms. For example, if you select the Elite Plan, we will create 10 unique posts per month and use the same post on X, Instagram, Facebook and/or LinkedIn.

 

4. How will content for the posts be developed?

We will use an online questionnaire to obtain information about your social media goals, ideal customers and brand personality. Based on this information, we will design a unique avatar that embodies your company’s identity. 

Next, we will work with you to collect and organize information about your company and its offerings (including information from your website, brochures, white papers, and any additional information you would like to include) to create a comprehensive knowledge base. 

Using your knowledge base and avatar, our AI technology will craft unique social media posts (10 per month) that reflect your brand’s voice, identity, and expertise

 

5. Can I still post directly to my own profiles?

Yes! Your social platforms belong to you, and you can be involved as much or as little as you’d like.

 

6. What kind of achievable results can I expect?

There are 4 major benefits:

  • Thought leadership to demonstrate your industry knowledge
  • Promotion of your services and events
  • Consistent presence on social media to influence your target audience
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to improve your presence in search results

 

7. I do not have a social media account, can you set one up for me?

Yes! There is a $99 charge for each social media account that we create. We can set up accounts for:

  • Facebook
  • X
  • Instagram
  • LinkedIn

 

8. Do you offer analytics for our social media activity?

Yes! You will receive access to a portal where you can login to receive real time analytics specific to your social media posts, including:

  • Changes in followers
  • Post engagement by type (shares, likes, etc.)
  • Clicks/traffic generated from posts
  • Impressions

 

9. Do you create custom posts or graphics specific to my company?

Yes. We will provide stock graphics for each post.

 

10. Can I review my posts before you schedule them?

Yes! All social media posts will be provided via your social media portal 30-days in advance, each month, for review. For example, all posts for March 1-31 will be provided to you on February 1 for review. You will have 7-days to request any changes to the posts directly in the portal. We will do our best to accommodate change requests. However, SocialWave posts are already compliance approved, so any substantive changes may require an additional compliance review and an additional fee for that review. 

 

11. What is included in the “consultation time” provided by SocialWave’s social media team?

Our social media team will do our best to maximize the value of your social media posts. If you require changes from our social media team (text or images), we will do our best to accommodate your requests.

Our consultation time is the amount of time above/beyond the “normal” time our team will spend preparing your monthly posts. Think of it as bonus time to work with our social media team to further customize any of the posts provided for your initial review.

 

12. Does the SocialWave social media team need login information for each social media account?

On some platforms, you can simply connect your accounts in the portal during the onboarding process. But depending on the platform, we may need login information to access accounts and post on your behalf. We will take strong precautions to protect any access information provided.

 

13. Will the SocialWave social media team reply to comments and direct messages (DMs) on my social pages?

We do not offer replies to comments and DMs on your social pages, or any other type of engagement with your followers. The best type of engagement with your followers comes from you and your team. You can provide personalized engagement in a way that our team wouldn't be able to.

 

14. What can I do to help my social pages grow more quickly?

Social media is based on social interaction. Hiring a social media content creation service does not guarantee an increase in your company’s leads if you’re not engaging with your audience.

Our service can do a lot to keep your social media platforms relevant and valuable to your followers. However, we are only one piece of the puzzle. We always recommend taking steps on your end to grow and see organic engagement from your followers.

 

15. What is the most important thing our company should be doing on social media?

The most important thing you should be doing on social media is engaging with your audience. Social media calls for social interaction.

 

16. Do I have to be a CEG customer or SFIA member to use this service?

Yes, our ultra low prices are exclusive to CEG and SFIA members only.
